Information about Caddi
Caddi is a substantial collection of more than 2300 exercises. Each exercise is illustrated by photo and a descriptive text. The collection is divided into 23 exercise categories, which again are subdivided into functions and body areas.
Caddi is subscription based and targeted both for single users and groups. You are free to give our material a personal touch by heading the printout with your own name, logo, and address, when printing our material.
Caddi is a versatile tool to inspire both you and your target group / recipients.
Since you at your will may ask questions, give suggestions, and criticize our collection via e-mail, you will be able to influence our product and help hone Caddi to perfection.
During the past four years, Caddi has been developed into the product you see today by physiotherapists, photographer, web-designer and others. The exercise collection mirrors the dialogue and experience exchange that has been going on among the physiotherapists.
Flexibility and a personal touch are some of the key words for the Caddi team. The material is developed in order to suit a wide range of demands. This enables you to fit the material to exactly your target group. The demand to the homepage is that the layout should make it easy, quick, and uncomplicated to use the exercise material. Caddi gives you the choice of a wide range of applications:
- You can use Caddi at work or from home
- You can create individual exercise programmes, which are ready for print or to send by e-mail.
- You can choose to shape each programme to accommodate each separate client by adding your own text
- You can draw up standard programmes for the rehabilitation of selected groups, for instance: back, knee, etc.
- You must apply to the Caddi-team for permission to use photographs from Caddi in your own leaflets or other written material. However, you may not use our material for sales purposes.
- You can choose to print in colour or in black/white and in any size you like
- You will get a material, which you and your colleagues have influenced and inspired.
Caddi’s aim is to generate our own manual in order to inform and guide patients/students/users in being as active and self-reliant as possible with regard to administering their exercise programme and with the best possible prerequisite at hand.
Our goal is to create a tool, which all subscribers will actively relate to, to shape the site as inspiringly as possible and with as wide ranges as possible, and at the same time keep it simple and flexible to use.
We hope you will wish to use our system and participate in the further development of Caddi.
